We have partnered with Facturas y Más to design, develop and maintain their Electronic Online Invoice System from the beginning.

For this custom web development we are using several technologies like: PHP, JavaScript, CSS, jQuery, AJAX, XML, Fusion Charts, MySQL, TCPDF, OpenSSL.

This software has the ability to generate electronic invoices using encryption methods and security required by the Mexican Tax Administration Office. Each client can add and manage their customers, products, categories, units, etc. to help them create with ease the electronic invoice in less than 5 minutes.

Each invoice generates an XML and a PDF file that contains a QR Code. The XML is sent automatically to the Mexican Tax Administration Office. The client has the option of downloading the files anytime to their computers or send them to their customers by email directly from the application. This system also show to the clients monthly reports, that can be used for their accountability purposes.
